Check the summary
The total covers the selected term. An introductory promotion does not necessarily apply again. Your service displays the renewal amount.
Renew before the due date
A renewal order appears before the due date. Review and pay it to extend the service. The panel does not automatically charge your card without a separate authorisation.
Download invoices
An invoice is issued after payment confirmation. Download its PDF from Billing. Issued documents are retained; an accounting correction results in a credit note where required.
Request cancellation
In server settings, request cancellation at the end of the term and confirm the service name. To exercise your withdrawal right or report a payment problem, open a Billing ticket.
