Read the logs
The Console tab shows recent server messages. Look for the first relevant error. The game console is not an administrative terminal for the hosting machine.
Send a game command
Only use commands recognised by the game server. Check what a command does before sending it, especially for permissions, deletions and restarts.
Edit small text files
The file manager can edit text files up to 1 MB. Stop the server before changing a file it rewrites automatically. Save your changes, then restart and review logs.
Prepare a support request
Include the game, action taken, time and error message. Remove passwords, private keys and licence keys from any excerpts you send.
