Services and applicable documents

The catalogue presents game servers, VPS and their options. Network protection, dedicated servers and colocation are quoted separately. Orders identify their specification, prices and commitments. Sales are currently closed.

Legal documents are available in French and English. This page uses English for other website languages.

Account, billing and support data

Paul Flores, operator of CubixServ, processes account details, billing information, orders, payments, support tickets and necessary logs to deliver services, handle requests, maintain security, prevent abuse and meet applicable obligations. The corresponding grounds are contractual necessity, legal obligations and, for proportionate security measures, legitimate interests.

No CNIL registration number or data-protection-officer designation is claimed without evidence. Actual recipients and retention periods by category must be completed in the final privacy policy before public registration opens.

Customer-hosted data

Customers determine the purposes of their game data and files. Where CubixServ processes data on their behalf, an appropriate GDPR article 28 agreement must describe roles, instructions, subprocessors, processing locations, security, incident assistance and data return or erasure. These details must match the real infrastructure.

Identity evidence should only be requested when reasonably necessary and proportionate, rather than automatically.

Requests are answered within GDPR deadlines. Legal retention duties, including accounting, may limit immediate erasure. Complaints may be made to the French supervisory authority, CNIL, at www.cnil.fr.

Cookies and security

Session and security cookies support sign-in, form protection and language preferences. Theme preferences may be stored in the browser. The final tracker inventory and retention periods must be documented. Consent-requiring trackers must only be activated after a valid choice.

CubixServ brand elements are protected under applicable law. Third-party marks, images and software remain owned by their right holders; their display does not imply a partnership. External links do not alter the provider identified in an order. Tebex and other unconnected processors are not represented as merchants of the new CubixServ offers.
