What should I include in a new project request?
Name the game or application, expected workload, storage needs and any existing hosting you want to move. Include the operating system and public protocols when relevant. Describe the result you need rather than sending credentials or a complete private configuration.
How do I report a problem with a service?
Open support from your client area with the service reference, the time of the issue and steps to reproduce it. Include a short relevant log excerpt after removing secrets and personal data. Distinguish failure to connect, game lag and an error in a particular script or application.
