What should I include in a new project request?

How do I report a problem with a service?
Open support from your client area with the service reference, the time of the issue and steps to reproduce it. Include a short relevant log excerpt after removing secrets and personal data. Distinguish failure to connect, game lag and an error in a particular script or application.
